Submit your images for Critique!

A critique of your photography is one of the most important ways to learn and grow, , especially when the critique comes from someone who truly wants to help! If you weren’t aware, I’ve actually done a few photo critiques in the past on my YouTube channel

Now, I’d love to invite you to submit your photographs to my brand new YouTube series and competition, “Printique Critiques”!

For those of you who don’t know, Printique by Adorama is a great photo lab (and really great prices too!) They produce high quality photo products including prints, photo books, albums, gifts and more.

So, let’s get to the details of these free critiques. I’ll pick at least 10 different photographs to provide feedback via video and will post it up on my YouTube channel.

But guess what else? I will choose my favorite photograph to win a FREE 20×30 metal print from Printique! Plus, the runner up will receive my new bundle of four lighting recipe guides.

Theme: Creative Portraiture!

Submit a portrait that is more than just a headshot, something that tells a story or an image that weaves together fashion styling, stunning lighting and portraiture into a single frame!

Get creative and even show off your photoshop techniques with a composite!

It’s not about how it’s done per se, but it’s about the final result. The subject should not be a professional model, and they don’t need to look like one either. It’s about your artistry and creativity!

I’m accepting entries starting now, and the cutoff to enter is September 3rd, 2020 at 11:59pm, so don’t forget.

Rules for entry:

• Fill out the form below in full. Any entires missing information may be disqualified.
• You may submit 3 images or less, up to 3mb in size. Subsequent and repeated entries will not be counted.
• You must have rights to the photo and permission from anyone in the photos to submit.
• Photo must contain a picture of a person, as portrait etc. 
• The subject should not be a professional model (i.e. hired from an agency, etc).
• Photos must be professional, i.e. no iPhone, snapshots, event photos etc.
• Images must not contain nudity (if you submit any boudoir or fine art photos they must be implied nude), lewd or otherwise offensive photos will be immediately disqualified.
• Entry must include your name (legal or how you want to be identified) with your video. 
• By submitting you agree to be mentioned in a YouTube video. 
• Rename your photos according to the instructions below.
• To be eligible to win the print, you must live in the Contiguous United States. Winners must order their print within 10 days of being selected. When you receive the print, please send us a photo of yourself with it or with it on your wall for us to congratulate you on social media. We will be in contact with the winner via email to collect shipping address. 
• To receive the runner up prize you can be located anywhere
